
The Liberty-Chambers Counties CSCD presently has offices in Anahuac, Liberty, Dayton, and Cleveland. The Chief is appointed by the Judges of the jurisdiction and the Chief appoints staff to serve the jurisdiction.
The Liberty Office or the Central office is staffed with not only the administrative section of the department but also the departments residential program or the CCF/ISF. The department, including the Cleveland Office, Anahuac Office, and the Dayton Office has a total of 40 staff serving the 75th Judicial District, 253rd Judicial District, 344th Judicial District, Liberty County Court at Law, Liberty County Court, and the Chambers County Court. Available to the Courts for sentencing alternative are specialized caseloads, CCF/ISF, Community Service Restitution, Restitution Collection programs, substance abuse education programs including Basic DWI Education, DWI Intervention, Drug Offender Education, Theft by Check, and Anger Management.
